Return and Refund Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their shopping experience. Returns and refunds are accepted in cases where the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered within the maximum timeframe of 60 business days. Customers must contact us within seven calendar days from the date of delivery and provide photographic or video evidence when applicable. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and, when possible, in its original packaging. Once the request is approved, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within fifteen business days. In cases where the product does not arrive within the expected timeframe, a full refund will be granted without requiring the return of the item.
